Service Description
Wheel-chair accessibility transportation is provided by RC On The Go! Our transportation vehicles are equipped with ACHA approved wheel-chair lifts that allows a steady pace from loading to unloading, providing safe and convenient travel for individuals with mobility assistance. Our vehicles are equipped with experienced drivers to ensure a comfortable and secure journey for all passengers, offering a reliable transportation solution for those in need.
Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment is scheduled a 24 Hour Call notice will be issued to confirm the appointment details and time. An additional phone call will be issue the same day (3 hours before scheduled pick up time) to confirm the details of the pickup location and how to proceed. Please allow phone calls to be accepted in order to perform transportation services. A No Show fee of $39.00 will be applied if the member does not show for transportation at door. Cancellation Fee applies if the member requests a cancellation 6 Hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, requests more than 6 hours will not be subjected to cancellation. For appointments cancelled less than 6 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $30.00 will be charged
